Exchange Procedure

a. To expedite an exchange, we suggest using the above Returns Procedure for your purchase and simply place a new order for the correct item(s).
b. If you choose to send back your purchase for an exchange, please note that we will need to contact you once we receive your items so we may bill you for any difference in cost plus shipping the correct items back to you. This process typically takes 2 business days.

Additional Details About Returns
We will refund your credit card account for any items not meeting your satisfaction. The item MUST be returned to us within 30 days of the shipping date in unused and resellable condition. For any returns received after these 30 days, a store credit of the product's price will be provided to you via email in the form of a coupon code. Please note that customized items are purchased with an "absolute no return policy" and will not be accepted back. Valid returns must be shipped back prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped, and we will promptly refund your credit card and send an email confirming this status. Shipping, handling and gift wrapping on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
If you ordered a clothing item that does not fit, we will be glad to make an exchange of the same item for a different size or color.
Please notify us within 7 days of its delivery either by phone (212-769-0535) or through email if you receive an incorrect (note: not incomplete) order or damaged item. If a product error is made, we will exchange the items and pay for shipping both ways. Please notify us immediately is no return label is included in the reshipment.
