10% Cash Back Rebate Disclaimer

mPoria will offer ten percent (10%) cash back on any qualified purchases on mPoria powered mobile merchant sites for purchases made between now and the end of the year (December 31, 2007). The maximum cash back you may receive for any one transaction is $100 (e.g. If you purchase an item for $1500, you will receive $100 cash back, not $150). There is no limit to the number of different purchases subject to this cash back offer. The offer only applies to purchases made for personal, family, or household purposes, and does not cover purchases made by businesses/entities, or any purchases made for agricultural, business, resale or commercial purposes.  mPoria will send a check payable to the person who has made the purchase in the billing section of the purchase order. There is no need to fill out any forms. The checks will be mailed out on or before February 15th, 2008.

The rebate is subject to the following conditions:
- Payment must be verified by the merchant (store) within 30 days of purchase in order to qualify
- Items returned for any reason prior to issuance of the rebate check will not qualify for the rebate
- Shipping and tax fees are separate from the purchase price and are not eligible for 10% cash back
- The rebate is not valid on any items associated with tobacco, pornography, or firearms
- The purchaser will be opted in to mPoria’s email newsletter (and may opt-out in the future)

The rebate check must be cashed within 6 months of issuance – uncashed checks will expire. Offer void where prohibited by law.
